The Bulk Search feature in AfterShip Tracking streamlines the process of tracking multiple shipments at once. Depending on your plan, you can either manually enter up to 200 tracking numbers or upload a CSV file for bulk tracking of up to 200,000 shipments.

1. Manual entry search


Plans: Pro, Premium and above

To quickly search up to 200 tracking numbers:

Navigate to Tracking dashboards > Shipments > Bulk search.


Enter or paste your tracking numbers.
Click Search to initiate the search to view shipment statuses.





Plans: Enterprise and above

Ideal for high-volume tracking:

Navigate to Tracking dashboards > Shipments > Upload CSV Search.
Drop a CSV file with tracking numbers (max: 200,000 rows, 20MB).


Review any error messages and correct file issues if needed.

Troubleshooting



If the file size is exceeded, ensure your CSV file is under 20MB.
If there are too many rows, split the file into smaller chunks if exceeding 200,000 rows.
If you receive an error while uploading, check the error message for hints and verify your CSV format matches required structure.
